Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Proven experience working within a major data warehouse, especially Snowflake.
• Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python, for data manipulation and automation.
• A deep understanding of data integration patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and API fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Primary Technical Advisor for strategic customers.
• Lead Technical Onboarding and guide new clients through the integration.
• Solve High-Stakes Problems and diagnose complex issues.
• Partner in Pre-Sales as a technical expert in demos.
• Be the Voice of the Customer, translating feedback for product teams.
• Contribute to Our Developer Community by improving technical documentation.
• Document Our Best Practices to support all parts of the business.
