• Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in implementation or post-production support
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, designing, testing, and deploying solutions
• Subject Matter Expertise in Payroll
• Strong communication skills for effectively managing client expectations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Current Workday certification in Workday Payroll or prior Workday experience in Payroll
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) Certification
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
