What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Identify strategies, risks, and options while recommending approaches to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to configure and test solutions without impacting production environments
- Maintain communication with clients and project teams regarding project changes and progress
- Become a Workday Payroll functional expert and mentor to fellow consultants and analysts
- Support business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of Workday experience in an implementation or post-production support role
- Proven experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions
- Subject Matter Expertise in Payroll
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Current Workday certification in Workday Payroll or prior Workday experience in Payroll
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) Certification
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
