Job summary
A leading tech company is seeking a Head of Sales to oversee sales strategy for data centers and IT services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in closing significant B2B deals. Responsibilities include driving the entire sales pipeline, mentoring a growing team, and working collaboratively with founders. Candidates must be comfortable with technical solutions and demonstrate a proactive, self-managed work approach.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior sales, ideally in data center, cloud, or managed services.
- Proven ability to close large, complex B2B deals.
- Comfortable explaining technical solutions to non-technical buyers.
