We are seeking a Finish Carpenter Foreman who can lead and install a project for us. We believe knowledge sharing is key to promoting development and advancement in our employees. We offer a medical / dental benefits package and competitive salaries based on experience.

Requirements : 1. Positive attitude

3. Willingness to learn and help co-workers

4. Knowledge and confidence with basic woodworking machinery / tools

5. Ability to manage a crew of Installers.

6. Proficient in English (written & spoken)

7. Secondary school completion or equivalent experience

Assets :

Professional attitude and reliable work ethic

Experience in the trade

Experience : Foreman Experience

Interior Finishing (7 Year Minimum)

Hanging Doors

Trim work (baseboard, casing & Sills)

Metal door hardware is an asset but not required

English written and spoken

Benefits :

Full time 40hrs a week. Pay will be based on experience.

Health benefits will be offered after 6 months.

Core Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate finish carpenters, apprentices, and laborers on-site
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and delegate tasks
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specs
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce site regulations
• Manage materials : order supplies, track inventory, and minimize waste
• Schedule tasks to meet project deadlines and adjust plans as needed
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to align goals

Job Location : All over lower Mainland

Office : 3116-1225 Kingsway Ave, Port Coquitlam
