About the Role

You will be responsible for cultivating and managing a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on delivering an outstanding client experience while driving new business opportunities. You will play a key role in helping individuals protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships. What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients through the claims process, advocating on their behalf to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files in compliance with industry standards and brokerage policies.
