Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Clinical Sleep Assistant for our Thunder Bay branch. The Clinical Sleep Assistant facilitates the administrative aspects and offers support in the storefront area as it pertains to CPAP therapy in a specific branch location.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by obeying safety procedures and policies, working safely, and encouraging others to do the same. Report unsafe occurrences and practices.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and arranging repairs. Support growth by liaising with medical professionals, providing information/literature to prospective clients, and demonstrating products and services.
- Support office functions by performing daily duties such as typing, proofreading, photocopying, filing, deposits, client chart management, document sorting, database maintenance, inventory management, and financial transactions.
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting clients, offering information on CPAP therapy, assisting with sales and inventory, and scheduling follow-ups.
- Participate in home testing for diagnosis under healthcare professional supervision.
- Assist healthcare professionals with processes and forms, maintain CPAP equipment, inform clients about funding requirements, and answer questions.
- Document client care, facilitate payments, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to infection control policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve branch operations, participate in quality activities, and pursue personal growth.
- Provide after-hours service through on-call rotation.
- Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications And Competencies
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, Google systems, with strong data entry and sales skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in general office practice.
