Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a home care role
• Educational Background: Minimum full award QQI level 5 in Health service skills or healthcare support or nursing studies or community care studies; additional certifications or degrees are advantageous.
• License and Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with willingness to travel between client homes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various home environments and changing client needs.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a background check, including Garda Vetting.
• Legal Compliance: Right to work in Ireland and must be currently residing in Ireland.
