The mission of the Reigning Champ Product Department is to craft premium apparel with a focus on pinnacle materials, quality manufacturing, and an ethos of understated simplicity.

As a member of the Reigning Champ Design Department, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, elevated collections for our clients to access through our growing Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale channels. You will design full season collections and translate the creative vision by developing the components and specifications of each garment. As the Designer, Reigning Champ you will:

• Ensure the brand vision is aligned with the marketplace opportunity
• Identify external marketplace trends across all relevant Product Elements
• Curate the seasonal interpretation of our brand vision through the lens of our Product Elements
• Ensure that each style executes on the creative vision across all relevant Product Elements
• Develop all necessary details of style and components of each colour
• Ensure all detailed specifications are expertly captured for each individual style/colour on the tech pack

The Designer, Creative Design has:

• An understanding of Reigning Champ's brand, aesthetic and style fundamentals and is engaged in trends and cultural influences
• A desire to conceptualize, develop, and execute new ideas, designs, and products that will elevate Reigning Champ's brand

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000-$120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
