A community support organization in Southwestern Ontario is looking for Support Workers to assist young people through their transition into adulthood. Responsibilities include providing social and emotional support, effective teamwork, and maintaining accurate records. Suitable candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Earn up to £23,555.29 per year pro rata - 25 / 26 Pay Award Pending
Full time positions available! Part time will be considered.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion to support young people through their transition into adulthood. This could include college support, being in their first tenancy, enhancing life skills and supporting group activities. You will provide social, emotional and practical support to meet young people’s agreed outcomes.
