• Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (C1) and strong command of English (C1), both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset and a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights), show adaptability, and perform reliably under pressure.
• Confidence presenting on camera comfortable being the face of the studio and delivering an engaging performance.
