Job summary
A governmental organization in Port Dover is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations. The role involves supervising staff, managing food costs, and preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards are met. Ideal candidates will hold a Cook Red Seal Certificate and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This position requires on-site work only.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to demonstrate new cooking techniques to staff.
- Proficient in managing food costs, inventory, and kitchen staff.

- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
