Job summary
A regional government agency in Fernie is seeking candidates for a position focused on analyzing and developing restaurant budgets. The role requires overseeing and training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience. Work is conducted on-site with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise staff.
- Train staff.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
