Job summary
Kaya Sushi and Grill is seeking full-time cooks to prepare and cook meals, ensure kitchen sanitation, and manage other kitchen staff. Candidates should have 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience and complete secondary school education. This is a permanent position with competitive hourly wages and vacation pay.

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $18.00~$19.00/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 4
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes for customers.
- Prepare, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness.
- Assist other cooks during the food assembly process.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food based on client preference.
- Hire, train and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Maintain kitchen inventory, supplies and equipment.
- Maintain good sanitation around work area.
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
