- Oversee daily warehousing and distribution activities ensuring compliance with SLAs and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse‑related KPIs, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Coordinate order‑to‑delivery execution, supporting SAP/WMS/EDI integration.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with SCM, IT, Sales, and 3PL partners.
- Ensure smooth data flow between internal systems and 3PL partners.
- Balance service levels and logistics costs to achieve company goals.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL management, or distribution.
- Proven experience setting up, launching, or stabilizing warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, SLA management, and logistics cost structures.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP and integrating SAP with WMS/EDI systems.
- Strong ownership, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
- Base salary C$70,000 per year, flexible based on experience.
