A leading global consulting firm is seeking an On-Site Technician in Toronto to provide technical support for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of on-site technical support experience and skills in troubleshooting, asset management, and customer service. Responsibilities include assisting over 4000 staff with technical issues, managing tickets through ServiceNow, and supporting both on-site and remote clients. This role emphasizes collaboration and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of on-site technical support experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tickets effectively.
- Experience with printer and AV equipment support.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to over 4000 customers in the Toronto office.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops and networks.
- Manage tickets in ServiceNow and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support conference room and event setups.
- Travel to local client sites for assistance.
