The individual will collaborate closely with the Fit Leader to assist in developing patterns and ensuring timely feedback on various samples. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in the apparel industry, be proficient in Excel and Illustrator, and be bilingual in English and French. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to resolve fit issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in the apparel industry.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fit Leader in developing new pattern blocks.
• Measure, fit, and establish corrections during fit sessions.
• Contribute to the grading process for styles.

Skills

Experience in apparel industry

Proficient in Excel

Proficient in Illustrator

Knowledge of fabrics and garment construction

Excellent communication skills
