Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in mechanical/electrical construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, and structural drawings.
• Understanding of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the coordination drawing process and provides direction on model coordination.
• Reviews and understands prime contract and subcontract details.
• Attends management, owner, and architect meetings.
