• Préparez et suivez les réclamations, les modifications et les reports de douane.
• Comprendre et se conformer aux lois et règlements des différents gouvernements ainsi qu'aux procédures établies par CEVA – Air & Ocean Canada, y compris les normes ISO de l'entreprise.
• Approuver et assurer le suivi des certificats d'origine.
• Réviser, mettre à jour et créer des codes pour les produits destinés à la clientèle (classification SH).
• Visiter et effectuer des services de consultation aux clients.
• Personne‑ressource pour les informations techniques.
• Agents d'appui au sein du service des douanes.
• Autres fonctions définies par le supérieur immédiat.

• 5 + ans d'expérience pertinente dans le conseil en douane.
• Certificat CCSC (Certified Customs Specialist) de préférence.
• Capacité à fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux clients.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
• Capacité de gérer son temps et ses priorités pour répondre aux attentes internes et externes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale).
• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de travail d'équipe requises.
• Parle couramment l'anglais et le français, car ce poste dessert des clients et communique avec des fournisseurs à l'extérieur du Quebec.

Prepare and keep up to date with changes in customs regulations. Advise clients and use one’s expertise to promote CEVA – Air & Ocean Canada Inc.

• Prepare and follow claims, amendments, and drawbacks.
• Understand and comply with the laws and regulations of different governments as well as procedures established by CEVA – Air & Ocean Canada including ISO norms of the company.
• Approve and follow up on certificates of origin.
• Revise, update and create codes for products for the client base (HS classification).
• Visit and perform consultation services to clients.
• Resource person for technical information.
• Support agents in the customs department.
• Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor.

• 5 + years of relevant experience in Customs Consulting.
• CCSC (Certified Customs Specialist) Certificate preferable.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver.
• Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required.
• Fluent In English and French, because this position serves clients and communicates with suppliers outside Quebec.
