A leading technology firm in Canada is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to plan and deliver solution architecture and help customers in their Agile transformation journeys using AI technology. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in solution consulting, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be familiar with Agile methodologies. The offered salary can reach up to CAD 180,000 per year along with performance-based bonuses and an inclusive work culture fostering innovation.

- 5+ years of Pre-Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting experience
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
- 5+ years’ experience with Lean, Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and/or DevOps
- Familiarity with Planview products and multiple project management tools
- Understanding of project-to-product and Value Stream Management enhanced by AI and predictive analytics
- Agile certifications a plus (SAFe Agilist, SPC, LPM, CSM, CPO, PMI, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical applications in product delivery
- Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira Align, Aha!, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
