A global leader in engineering solutions is seeking an experienced manager to oversee plant operations in Nisku, Canada. In this role, you will lead the production team, manage staffing and production efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. A strong background in manufacturing and effective leadership skills are required. The position offers a salary range of $110,000-147,000 along with a competitive bonus plan and benefits package.

You will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and overall administration of plant operations overseeing staffing and production while effectively and efficiently overseeing the development and direction of the production team to drive the growth of production, revenue, and the quality of goods produced in the facility. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, department managers and ensuring the integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000-147,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, andabilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers acompetitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
