As a data scientist, you provide the data needed to make business decisions, develop solutions and services adapted to business issues, and understand member and client behaviour. You lead and influence stakeholders in projects and initiatives to proactively meet cross-sector business needs through the development of highly innovative models and complex strategic interventions in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives using your analytical skills and your comprehensive understanding of the line of business and the organization. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.
