Job Description

12-month Contract

Driven by data and inspired by growth? RCL seeks a Senior Analyst, CRM to convert raw customer data into actionable insights that enhance ecommerce performance for the PENN brand.

You will collaborate with brand, store operations, and marketing teams to translate analytics into strategic recommendations, manipulate and interpret data, and elevate the customer journey across digital touchpoints. If you are passionate about turning data into strategic impact and excel at analysis and implementation — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver reports and dashboards supporting marketing, merchandising, and leadership teams.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and campaign results.
• Use data to recommend strategies for customer growth.
• Develop customer segmentation for email, direct mail, and content campaigns.
• Improve CRM tools, data collection, and validation processes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and divisional priorities to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Knowledge of methodologies such as A/B testing and data manipulation from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with project management and business process redesign is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency.
