The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in client management or business development in high-growth environments. The role offers a competitive compensation package with annual earnings between $127,500 and $177,500 and additional benefits including health care coverage and flexible spending wallets.
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
Affirm is a remote‑first company; most roles can be performed anywhere within the country of employment. Occasionally a role may require working out of an assigned office.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
On‑Target Earnings per year: $127,500 – $177,500.
