A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Third Party Risk to develop and implement risk management policies. The role demands collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving the overall risk strategy. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in operational risk and governance, and excellent leadership skills. The GRM Third Party Risk (TPR) team is accountable for RBC’s enterprise-wide Third Party Risk management (TPRM) strategy and framework, enabling RBC to identify, measure, monitor, and mitigate the risks associated with third parties. TPR works with Senior Management across RBC’s business platforms and functions, providing oversight and challenge to ensure effective implementation of TPRM practices in compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. TPR also provides strategic advice, education, and key practices across RBC. TPR is also accountable to provide insight on RBC’s overall third-party risk profile.
The Senior Manager, Third Party Risk will support the Director in the development and implementation of RBC’s Enterprise Third Party Risk Management policy documentation, ensuring it enables RBC’s third-party risk appetite, drives strong risk management practices, and aligns with the regulations that govern TPR across all jurisdictions in which RBC operates.
This is a 6 months contract with possibility of extension.
