We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Consultant in Regina, SK to contribute to our marketing strategy and execute integrated campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and customer retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing pages, campaigns, developing content, tracking performance, and providing data-driven insights to drive lead generation, engagement, and retention while ensuring compliance and brand consistency.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising.

  • Implement upsell, cross-sell, retention, and win-back initiatives.

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on major ad platforms; adjust based on objectives, trends, and performance data.

  • Oversee websites, email marketing, and social media channels, ensuring brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.

  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for web, blogs, email, and social media.

  • Publish and schedule content using digital tools while engaging with target audiences.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights for improvements.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Community Engagement, Technology, and vendors to align initiatives with business objectives.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


Competencies for Success


  • Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media management.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, SharePoint, TYPO3 (or similar).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, able to work independently, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
