Description

Join our team at Titan Formwork Systems! TITAN Formwork Systems, LLC is a shoring rental and sales company featuring the TITAN HV Shoring System. We serve clients coast-to-coast with engineered layout drawings, equipment management, on-site training, and on-time delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sell Titan Formwork products and services by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support technical sales and on-site service for large multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects in regional markets.
• Develop business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Engage with key customer executives professionally to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Retain and grow revenue; increase account share.
• Meet sales budget requirements.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Understanding of architectural & structural drawings, estimating, pricing, and supplier contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of experience in forming and shoring.
• Regional travel required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in forming and shoring is a plus.
