Holcim is planning to spin off its North American Business to unleash its full potential, capitalizing on North America’s growth in construction driven by infrastructure modernization, advanced manufacturing, AI operations, and resilient cities. The new company aims to list on the NYSE by mid-2025 and establish its headquarters in the US to serve the North American market and pursue regional growth. Lafarge, a leading supplier of ready-mix concrete in Canada, seeks Ready-Mix truck drivers for the Chatham area for the upcoming construction season. These roles are initially part-time seasonal, with potential to become full-time based on workload; some locations operate year-round.

1. Deliver concrete to customers safely and promptly.
2. Follow and ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures.
3. Maintain truck appearance and assist with light maintenance around the plant.
4. Complete paperwork such as circle checks and delivery tickets.

• Grade 12 diploma
• Valid AZ or DZ license
• Clean driving record
• 3-5 years trucking industry experience preferred
• Training provided for operating the Ready Mix truck
• Physical abilities: lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, gripping, squatting, etc.
