A leading logistics company in Balzac, Alberta is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing effective warehouse operations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the transportation industry, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. The position supports a collaborative environment aimed at exceeding operational targets and improving processes. A Forklift Certification is required, with training experience considered an asset.
