The Impact You Will Have

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will work to ensure our product is sorted, loaded, and distributed as per our customer’s expectation. This is a Safety focused position. This person will supervise their staff and work as a Team effort to ensure regulatory requirements and customer’s needs are met and exceeded. This position will manage the development and directions of the Warehouse team to drive revenue and mitigate controllable cost by continually reviewing internal processes to identify process improvements.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coach warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment with open communication.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, forklift regulations, and proper use of PPE.
• Oversee accurate picking, sorting, loading, and dispatching of orders to meet schedules and targets.
• Monitor and resolve staff performance or disciplinary issues, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Confirm order accuracy, inspect incoming freight for damage, and manage returns or OS&D issues.
• Keep management informed of operational challenges, customer concerns, and equipment maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting housekeeping and property upkeep.

• Forklift Certification or verifiable experience
• Forklift Trainer Certification would be an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
