A leading events services company in Toronto is hiring In-Seat Servers to provide personalized service in premium seating areas. Candidates will take and confirm orders using technology and deliver items while ensuring compliance with safety policies. Exceptional customer service and Smart Serve certification are essential. This role requires standing and walking throughout events, with the physical ability to carry items while attending to guests. Evening and weekend availability is necessary.
In-Seat Servers provide personalized, seat-side food and beverage service to guests in premium seating areas. They take and confirm orders using point-of-sale technology, deliver items promptly and accurately, and process electronic payments in accordance with Legends’ service standards. In-Seat Servers maintain a professional and polished demeanor, ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and food safety policies, and create an exceptional guest experience through attentive, efficient, and courteous service.
Hourly wage: $17.70
