Strategic Executive Assistant to CEO & Board
Job summary
A nonprofit organization in London, Ontario is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and Board of Directors. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing governance documents, and supporting strategic initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in executive support within a nonprofit sector. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing executive or governance support.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual schedule of Board and committee meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain governance documents and ensure compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors.
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO.
