“Union in Style” is a Calgary-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming donated clothing into empowerment, creativity, and community connection. We believe fashion can be a force for good—and we’re building a movement that blends style with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly board meetings (virtual or in-person)
• Help guide strategic decisions and organizational growth
• Support outreach, fundraising, and community engagement
• Collaborate on events, partnerships, and creative initiatives
• Uphold governance and ethical standards

This is a volunteer position with no financial compensation. Initial term is 6–12 months, renewable based on mutual interest.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for fashion, youth empowerment, or nonprofit work
• Willingness to commit ~2–4 hours/month
• Experience in business, marketing, community work, or nonprofit leadership is a plus—but not required
• Based in Calgary or nearby (remote participation possible)
