A leading aerospace company in Canada is seeking a Director - Defense Capture and Proposals Programs to lead a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering compelling proposals for defense contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement and leadership, along with relevant experience in defense contract management. - 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role at Director or Managerial level.
- 5+ years of Customer facing experience in Industry, Government, and Armed services.
- Working knowledge of CGP and ITAR regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team providing support to the Sales team.
- Manage customer relationships and proposal reviews.
- Develop and implement a governance system for Capture and Proposal activity.
