Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of food and beverage processing workers
- Establish work methods to meet schedules and coordinate activities with other departments
- Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Ensure safety by managing potential hazards at all stages of the food production process
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policy
- Prepare production and other reports as needed
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
