A mobility solutions company is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative Sr in Courtenay to provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service and sales experience, with a valid British Columbia driver's license. This full-time role offers a salary of CAD $20.50/hour and includes benefits such as paid time off and retirement savings plans.

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
- Must have a valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Responsabilidades
- Assist customers with reservations and inquiries over the phone and in person.
- Process vehicle check-ins, returns, and transactions at the exit kiosk.
- Market and promote company services while ensuring customer safety.
