A facility management leader is seeking a Technician III to operate and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in Yellowknife. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring client satisfaction through quality service. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and possess certifications related to building operations and HVAC systems. A strong environmental health and safety mindset is essential, along with effective communication skills and the ability to work shifts as required.
Technician IIIis responsible for operating the facility including, but not limited to mechanical other supporting systems; performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. The Technician III is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.

• Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment, and systems conditions and deficiencies and provides suggestions for enhancement and repair.
