A property management company in Winnipeg is seeking a Mechanical Manager to provide leadership and oversight for mechanical and electrical infrastructure across multiple residential sites. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the lifecycle management of essential systems, developing maintenance programs, and ensuring the technical excellence of the tradespeople. A focus on safety and continuous improvement is essential in this leadership position.
The Mechanical Manager provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for the mechanical and electrical infrastructure across a multi-site residential portfolio. This role is responsible for the lifecycle management of central hydronic systems, in-suite HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems, ensuring peak operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of resident comfort. A primary focus of this position is the leadership and mentorship of a regional team of ticketed tradespeople and apprentices, driving a culture of technical excellence and safety across several jurisdictions.
