Job summary
A leading legal technology firm in Toronto is seeking a candidate to lead its Premier Support and Customer Audit teams. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor on security and compliance matters while managing customer audit responses and fostering a collaborative culture. Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in consulting, with exposure to IT audit, GRC, or compliance advisory.
- Strong understanding of audit processes and common frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Premier Support and Customer Audit teams, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on security, compliance, and audit matters.
- Manage customer audit responses, support engagements, and escalations to ensure timely delivery.
