This role involves managing a small team, ensuring the safe handling of equipment and materials, and coordinating deliveries and inventory. Candidates should have supervisory experience in logistics or equipment operations and be comfortable working outdoors and operating heavy equipment. The position offers a competitive pay of $60,000–$65,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.
Are you a hands‑on leader who loves keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Yard Supervisor to manage our Surrey yard, lead a small team, and ensure equipment and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
You’ll oversee daily yard activities, train and coach staff, operate equipment (training provided), coordinate deliveries, rentals, and inventory, and keep everything organized and on track. Your team will rely on you to set standards, enforce safety, and maintain accurate records.
