A leading asset servicing firm in Toronto is seeking a Senior Specialist in Fund Administration to lead client onboarding processes and ensure fund structures are accurately set up. Candidates should have a degree in finance or accounting and experience with project management. The role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to teamwork, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a commitment to diversity.

Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a Big 4 or large mid-size public accounting firm preferred.
- Experience in servicing clients in the asset management industry is a plus.
- Fund Accounting knowledge is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Review fund legal documents and set up fund structures for clients.
- Implement data migration and execute system automations.
- Reconcile data against financial statements.
- Develop into a subject matter expert on Citco’s systems.
