Qualifications

• Experience in a utility, regulated industry, or customer service environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with our contact centre and billing operations.
• Support the business and financial performance manager in monthly budget variance reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on regulatory and financial matters related to the Customer Service department.
