• Prepare and review residential and commercial real estate documents including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Statements of Adjustments, and closing documents.
• Conduct title searches, review title issues, and liaise with lenders, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from file opening to closing.
• Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and other professionals to ensure smooth, timely transactions.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files in compliance with firm standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk within a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of Teraview, Unity, and Conveyancer software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
