  • Manage and process outgoing and incoming Canada Post mail.
  • Handle copy and scanning jobs as needed.
  • Maintain paper supplies for satellite copiers.
  • Assist with off-site document storage.
  • Keep kitchens and serveries tidy ensuring coffee is available throughout the day.
  • Provide backup support for reception duties.
  • Prepare and manage client files, including database maintenance.
  • Support time docket and disbursement management.
  • Cover intake duties and assist legal assistants as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process outgoing and incoming Canada Post mail.
  • Handle copy and scanning jobs as needed.
  • Maintain paper supplies for satellite copiers.
  • Assist with off‑site document storage.
  • Keep kitchens and serveries tidy ensuring coffee is available throughout the day.
  • Provide backup support for reception duties including monitoring the EFAX folder and client emails.
  • Prepare close and manage client files including database maintenance for off‑site storage.
  • Support time docket and disbursement management.
  • Cover intake duties and provide assistance to legal assistants as required.
