- Providing the right mix of inventory to achieve sales goals.
- Management and development of all employees in the sales department.
- Achieving market share goals for the long-term success.
- Providing feedback into future opportunities.
- Assisting in the management of account receivables.
- Other duties as assigned.
Brandt is currently seeking a Compact Construction Equipment Sales Manager for our Ottawa location.
This position is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the WPS sales department which encompasses the sale of John Deere Compact Construction Equipment including skid steers and mini excavators, Ditch Witch, NPK lines, American Augers, and Brandt Equipment Solutions trailers.
- Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assist, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory
- Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
- Management and development of all employees in the Compact Construction Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
- Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company
- Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
- Assisting in the management of account receivables in conjunction with the Branch Manager and the Credit Department
- Other duties as assigned
