Senior Account Manager – Private Client Advice (TD Bank)

Private Client Advice (PCA) is a bespoke insurance experience that protects high-net-worth clients’ valuable assets. As a Senior Account Manager you will deliver a legendary client experience by conducting in-depth discovery of client assets, financial goals, risk tolerance, and creating comprehensive insurance plans with tailored HNW strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth discovery of client assets, financial goals, risk tolerance, and develop comprehensive insurance plans for HNW clients.
  • Identify referral opportunities and coordinate a team of partners/advisors to execute integrated plans and consolidate assets.
  • Collaborate with TDI underwriters, claims advisors and HNW inspectors for insurance solutions.
  • Place specific focus on onboarding clients with investment needs to Investment Management (PIC/PIA).
  • Develop improved client experience, operational and practice management practices, and overall personal development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TDI policies, procedures, industry trends and continuously comply with them.
  • Represent TDI and TDBG to the public in a professional manner and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years Personal Lines experience, preferably servicing high-net-worth clients.
  • Provincially licensed (active and in good standing); minimum 1 year required; willing to get licensed in other provinces/territories.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven sales ability and enduring commitment to professionalism.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Robust background in insurance across all asset classes and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Recognized ability to engage in thorough client discovery processes.
