What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support daily operations of assigned Virtual Company-Owned Centers under the guidance of the Center Instructor
• Conduct parent orientation and assessment meetings, providing ongoing family support
• Assist with lesson planning and managing enrollment growth within targets
• Monitor virtual classes and ensure families understand learning tools
• Communicate effectively with families and instructors to address operational needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education or a related field preferred
• Experience working with students, families, or educational services; prior Kumon experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, remote environment, including comfort with digital tools
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining concepts clearly to families and students
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Spanish language fluency preferred for candidates supporting EFL populations
• Experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
