A leading mobility enhancement company in Winnipeg seeks a Vendor Network Analyst to oversee vendor partnerships and ensure service quality. This role involves managing vendor performance, financials, and compliance, while enhancing collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a background in vendor management or procurement.
Vendor Network Analyst position, remote. Reports to the Vendor Network Manager. Location: Remote.
As a proactive and relationship-driven Vendor Network Analyst you will oversee and enhance our vendor partnerships. This role is critical in ensuring that our vendors deliver high quality services and products while aligning with our company\'s values, goals and operational needs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled negotiator and strategic thinker who thrives on building long-term collaborative relationships.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Three (3) years in vendor management, procurement or account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
Proven ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Comfortable leading meetings, negotiations and performance discussions.
Organized, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment preferred.
Familiarity with vendor management systems or procurement tools preferred.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for building partnerships that drive mutual success is a must.
