Responsibilities

• This position will support the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment
• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement. Serve as a one-stop resource for customers, providing product, community and activity-based knowledge and recommendations. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to share relevant activity, community and product knowledge to create a memorable and valuable experience for the customer.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet the customers needs.
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including, but not limited to, merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
• Assist as a cashier when needed. Support Loss Prevention initiatives. Maintain overall visual and operational standards of the store.
• Foster a customer-centric mindset and create an inclusive store environment; work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays; collaborate as a team and adapt in the workplace.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to bend, squat, reach, lift, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodations.
