Overview

Role: SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Bilingual - French & English) at Syntax México.

Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications with experience delivering ERP deployments (Oracle, SAP) across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments. Syntax serves large organizations across diverse industries and collaborates with Oracle, SAP, AWS, Microsoft, IBM and other global technology leaders.

Role

The SuccessFactors Solution Architect is a key liaison between the sales and delivery teams at Syntax. With a broad and deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, the Solution Architect supports Sales activities and plays a central role in Delivery. The Architect participates in customer presentations and collaborates with Sales to define the commercial pricing strategy for opportunities. Other key areas of responsibility include:

• Work collaboratively with clients to understand operational needs and requirements, acting as an advisor on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Develop solution architectures and documents that meet client business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems.
• Conduct quality testing on solutions to ensure they meet client needs and operate effectively.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
• Stay abreast of new trends and best practices regarding SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share this knowledge with the team and clients.
• Participate in sales support – scoping, RFP / RFI responses, SOW creation, solution design / architecture.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants.
• Help build tools and accelerators, and refine / improve methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations with focus on delivering client value.
• Engage with client stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite as needed.

Requirements

• At least five (5) end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in the last three (3) years with professional certifications in two or more modules (Employee Central preferred, plus others).
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience in the role of Lead Consultant and/or SuccessFactors Solution Architect.
• Confident in a lead role, engaging with all levels of management both customer and internal.
• Polished presentation skills at the C-Suite level.
• Experience selling SuccessFactors preferred.
• Bilingual French / English, both spoken and written.
